About Us
Since 2008, Generocity Services, Inc. has proudly served customers throughout the Greater Houston area. We specialize in providing commercial construction and Job Order Contracting services to Choice Partners members and have been awarded the “Top Performer” award by the cooperative multiple times. To date, we have completed projects for 19 educational or municipal members of the Choice Partners cooperative.
Because of our extensive construction experience, we are able to complete projects of any size or complexity. Our promise to our clients is to provide quality materials & workmanship, superior service and timely delivery in a safe environment.

GSI will approach every project with professionalism, collaboration, communication and precision. Each project that is assigned to GSI will start our process, shown above. To begin with, every project starts with a thorough project plan review. Next, we conduct a joint site visit to assess conditions and align expectations. After that, we move into preliminary design and cost estimating to establish a clear direction. Once planning is complete, we finalize the project plan and prepare for execution. GSI is responsible for planning, management, coordination and scheduling of all tasks from pre-design to notice to proceed and from construction to final inspection of completed project. We are responsible for keeping the client informed and involved in all construction tasks and activities through the project. We are committed to bringing the best customer service, quality product, timely delivery and budget compliance to every project we are assigned.
